Shipping policy

Here at DeemedFit, LLC, we consider it our duty to fulfill orders in the quickest time possible, so that our customers are happy and satisfied rocking their new merchandise. 

Orders with in-stock items are typically shipped within 24 hours after purchase. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. We offer multiple shipping offers through USPS, Fedex, and DHL.  It is the responsibility of the shipping service to ensure items are delivered safely and undamaged.

Shipping costs of orders that are returned/exchanged back to us are paid by the consumer. We are not responsible for these costs.

Orders over $99 are shipped for free in the US only. 

Pre-order Terms and Conditions
DeemedFit may list some items as pre-order items when products are in high demand but we are not fully stocked up at our warehouse to fulfill the order the same day. When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We  collect payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 

The estimated shipping date for pre-order items are clearly listed below the product not in stock. Please note that this is an estimate, and is not a guaranteed date of delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
