Shipping policy

Here at DeemedFit, LLC, we consider it our duty to fulfill orders in the quickest time possible, so that our customers are happy and satisfied rocking their new merchandise. 

Orders with in-stock items are typically shipped within 24 hours after purchase. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. We offer multiple shipping offers through USPS, Fedex, and DHL.  It is the responsibility of the shipping service to ensure items are delivered safely and undamaged.

Shipping costs of orders that are returned/exchanged back to us are paid by the consumer. We are not responsible for these costs.

Orders over $119 are shipped for free in the US only. 

Pre-order Terms and Conditions

Items are often Made to Order or Pre-Order and are produced or reserved after your order is placed and are not ready to ship at the time of purchase. By placing an order for a Made to Order or Pre-Order item, you authorize DeemedFit to charge your selected payment method at checkout.

 

Made-to-Order and Pre-Order items typically require 4–8 weeks for production and fulfillment before shipment. This is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier transit time begins after your order ships and is separate from the 4–8 week production and fulfillment timeframe.

If your order contains both in-stock and Made-to-Order or Pre-Order items, your order may ship together once all items are ready.

You may request to cancel a Made-to-Order or Pre-Order item within 7 calendar days after purchase by emailing support@deemedfit.co with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

After the 7-day cancellation window closes, Made-to-Order and Pre-Order purchases are final and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded before shipment because production, materials allocation, and fulfillment planning may have begun. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

While we work to meet the estimated 4–8 week timeframe, production, supply-chain, carrier, or other circumstances may occasionally cause a delay. If there is a material delay, we will contact you at the email address provided at checkout with an update and any options required by applicable law.

By completing checkout for an item identified as Made to Order or Pre-Order, you acknowledge and agree that your item is produced or reserved after purchase and is not currently ready to ship; that production and fulfillment may take 4–8 weeks before shipment; that your card is charged at checkout; that you have 7 calendar days after purchase to request cancellation; and that after the 7-day period, your order is final and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded before shipment, except where required by applicable law.
